Consistent quality, reliable

This was my third order from Balkonstrom, this time a Zendure SolarFlow upgrade kit. Like before, the product arrived quickly and was exactly as described. My previous orders, a Mini-Solaranlage and some Verlängerungskabel Betteri, were also problem-free. They are very consistent with their product quality and shipping. It's why I keep coming back, knowing I'll get good gear without any hassle. The instructions are always clear enough. No complaints from me here.

Decent purchase, some minor issues

I bought an 800W Balkonkraftwerk from them. The delivery was quicker than I thought, considering it shipped internationally, just under a week. All the parts were there, and the Hoymiles Wechselrichter seems robust. My only complaint was one of the Montageschienen had a small scratch. It didn't affect function, but still. Customer service was polite when I called about it, though they just offered a small credit for a future purchase. The power generation is consistent, so it does what it needs to do. Overall, a good experience, but that scratch was a minor annoyance.

Good all around

I ordered a Komplettset mit Speicher a few weeks ago. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no real hiccups there. Delivery took about 8 days to get to me in Oregon, which felt reasonable for such a big item. Everything arrived well-packaged, and the components, especially the EcoFlow PowerStream, seemed high quality. Setup was actually pretty easy thanks to the clear instructions included. I did have a question about the Smart Meter, and their support team responded to my email within a day, which was helpful. The system has been working fine since, generating power as expected. Very satisfied with the purchase.
